Description |
The Global Civil Society Yearbook provides cutting edge research on important global issues: conflict, peace, human rights, the environment, trade, poverty and technology, to name a few. It offers a platform for debate, understanding and exchange between activists, academics, NGOs, policy makers and journalists. A collaboration between UCLA and LSE, it provides accessible and authoritative analysis of the key debates, campaigns and achievements of a broad spectrum of civil society actors, both local and global. In this way the Global Civil Society Yearbook both provides a space for reflection and stimulates bottom-up solutions to some of the world’s most pressing problems.
