Description | National Radio Project, a division of the International Media Project: NRP
was established in 1994 to expose systemic injustices and give those who
struggle for social, economic and environmental justice access to the
change-making power of media. Its Globalization Desk is a specialized
editorial-networking unit that impacts all programming. Over 160 stations
air Making Contact, NRP's internationally syndicated weekly public affairs
program. World Trade Watch and other special series have also enjoyed wide
distribution. Tapes and transcripts of programs are used in numerous
educational forums. NRP is now launching another weekly program that will
specifically address post 911 issues. http://www.radioproject.org |
