| Description | AID WATCH is concerned with the social and environmental impacts of the economic growth model of development. AID WATCH highlights the devastation occurring in Majority World countries in the name of 'development'. We inform the public about who actually benefits from aid and free trade and see that the starting point for development should be the real needs of local communities.
AID WATCH is a grass-roots organisation working in solidarity with hundreds of groups throughout the world, particularly in the Asia-pacific region. AID/WATCH campaigns on bilateral and multilateral aid and financial institutions, in the pursuit for social and environmental justice.
